A New Kind of Space to Connect

Girly Wine Night is an evolving community for women in the city—spanning everything from relaxed, hosted after-work socials to fully immersive, day-to-night weekend retreats. Having already hosted 15+ events in beautiful spaces all over London, we pop up anywhere from cozy neighborhood cafés to hidden private garden flats.

Whether we are gathering for a quick mid-week wind-down or an expansive 12-hour wellness and dining oasis, the core vibe never changes:

  • The drink is just the icebreaker: There is always great wine, alongside premium 0.0% options poured in the exact same glassware. It’s about the connection, not the percentage.

  • Curated for comfort: From casual grazing boards to indulgent 5-course candlelit supper clubs, paired with slow creative crafts, movement, and sound baths.

WHY WE EXIST

Hi, I’m Maria. Just over a year ago, I moved to London with my husband at 29 years old. I didn’t know a single soul here, and I quickly realized how intimidating and lonely it can be to try and build a genuine circle of friends from scratch in a massive, fast-paced city.

The concept for Girly Wine Night actually started back when I was living as a digital nomad. Constantly moving to new countries, I began organising casual friendship meetups in local bars, calling them a "girly wine night." We’d just grab a drink, catch up, and effortlessly get to know each other.

I brought that exact same energy to London because I knew I couldn't be the only one looking for her people. We exist for the moments when you just want plans—the kind that feel warm, familiar, and welcoming.

A little wine, a little sparkle, and no pressure at all.
